First, open  > About this Mac, and tell us what Mac OS X version you are using. Languages are included as optional installs on the Mac OS X Install Disc. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3415

As you are using OS X Lion, you have to reinstall OS X to get those languages back, so press Command and R keys while your Mac is starting and reinstall OS X. That's because OS X Lion and Mountain Lion haven't got optional installs.

Also, if you don't need those languages, I recommend you to leave OS X as it is. When you upgrade OS X to a newer version (if you do this), those languages will be back

Instead of pressing Command and R keys, try pressing Command, Option and R keys while your Mac is starting, and reinstall OS X. This will download Recovery from Apple

It is really hard to remove such things.  Have you gone to system preferences/language & text/input sources and double checked that there is no Hangul on the list, making sure that you scroll all the way to the bottom of it?

If you have VileFault there is no Recovery you need to turn off Vilefault.

Also if you are good at Qorean then Install the OS X by changing languages Preferences after downloading (Mount )Lion quit install and reboot and it will automatically install it in the language of your choice then you can re change  Languages Preferences or set up an account in Qorean using Fast user switching.I wish we could have Bi lingual interface Bah!
