I bought an app (crimson gem saga) and the app is crashing i have followed the basic rules uninstall install,shut down Phone etc

Hello!

I have recently bought a game,crimson gem saga. I was expecting playing the game but each time i get in one point of the game, which is like 5 minutes of the game. I have followed the Apple support guides for troubleshooting apps, but it didn't help.

So what I am asking that the developers updates the game because a game in App Store which isn't playable is just pure fraud.

Or else I would like a total refund of the game, crimson gem saga.
