Iphone 4 software update failed -- 3194 Error appears

Hi, Recently i unlocked my Iphone 4 and try to upgrade my ios from 4.3.5 to recent version. When I downloaded and update it shows an 3194 error. I have tried in my friend Laptop also to do the same process. But I'm unable to succeed. Kindly give the suggestions.
