my imessages are being sent to another iphone device registered to my account

Hi,

My family has 5 devices registered to the same apple ID. 2 X iPods, 2 X iPhones and a iPad. After my wife updated the latest software all my message are being received by her phone. I have deactivated my iPhone from the apple ID with no success. Has anyone had the same issues.
