sorry what doe AFAIK mean?  So I can not send any itunes gift amounts to friends in USA?  Is it possible to buy itunes card from a Store, and send the code via email? to Friends as a gift?

Sorry another question, because I already tried to send my friend an Itune gift to his email (But he lives in USA).

It says

How do I cancel the amount?  Or do i have to ring support?
