hi!

i shutdown my computer at neight as usual .next day when i start it shows just a grey colored widowscreen whith big sign of lock. when i inter my system keypassword it does not respond .to start with the instalation CD their is one CD in the cd room.i could not able to get out the cd. what can i do? what is wrong with my computer?
