iMovie

I have a Mac Book Pro purchased sometimes in September 2007. I think it came preinstalled with iMovie, but I am not sure. We just upgraded to Mountain Lion but I cannot see the iMovie anywhere on my computer. I don't seem to be able to use the OS X Internet Recovery either to retrieve it. Does anybody know what I could do to get it back? Thanks.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

All of those old iLife apps would be on your second installation disc that you recieved with your MacBook Pro. You may want to use that disc to install the iLife apps that shipped with your computer (although they may not work with ML) and see if you can then 'upgrade' through the Mac App Store at no cost. I don't know that you can - you may just have to purchase the ML-ready iLife apps again... worth a shot, though.
