automator copy browser text paste to word

I am looking for a solution to copy text from a browser page (always in the same location) into to a specific location in Word and print. I have tried with Watch me and the task fails more times than it is successful - I am hoping someone will know how to successfully execute this repetative task.

I want to switch to an open browser page

select and copy the text of the element

id="customer-name-first"

switch application to "Microsoft Word"

execute find find text "xxx" replace with "CLIPBOARD" replace

Thanks in advance

You might find better luck posting on the Mac OS X Technologies forum. There is a section for Applescript.

Also, try MacScripter.Net.
