I can`t load my iphone 5 ios 6.0.2 I need help!!

I need help!!!!

Today I was locking at my iphone 5, and it stood 20% battery time left. And when I was trying to plugg in my loader or my USB thing. Noting happens 😟.

It have never do befor. What is the problem?. I have IOS 6.0.2, and I can update to IOS 6.1. But when I try to update, It stands that I have to have 50% to update.But then I have a problem to, how could I get 15 % battery time to 50 % ?? Help me please!! I need my Phone fast !

But when I plug in noting happents 😟

when I plug into a mains socket nothing happens and when I plug in the USB into the computer noting happens 😟.
