I don't have an Outlook account and all of my notes are saved to my yahoo/gmail account. How can I transfer them to my new iPhone?

I just upgraded from an iPhone 4 to a 5 and am trying to transfer the information right now. I can't sync my notes at all though. They're all set up under my yahoo/gmail accounts, but iTunes is only giving me the option to sync with Outlook. My 4 also won't let me use iCloud to sync them. I just tried setting one up but it won't let me. My 4 also has no service and I am just using my wifi for it. What can I do?
