Q: cellular data sucked up!!!

my cellular data play is about half in 1 day.  It has been working fine for the last year.  I have not left my home and its been on WIFI.  Any reason the data is being used up?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1

    There could be a lot of reasons.

    Check in notifications, with the update they default to all on, which may be using up your data.

    Do you have the facebook app? One other user reported that it may be using data 'behind their backs' so to speak (Haven't verified this. I don't use the app)

    Could you have mail or other things set to push, which means they're always reaching out to update info?
