Q: mail archive

How far back will my mail archive folder go back? Does the archive folder delete emails after a certain time.

iCloud Mail, iOS 6.1

It keeps them until you delete them yourself.

i cant seem to delete any emails that have been archived!!!!!

I have the same problem, and also with my sms, they are deleted, but if i go to look after how much space i have left, it say that mail archive is using about 700 mb, and sms is using 500 mb.And i cant delete them. and i have set the sms to be deleted, not archived.
