Recovering my licence. After a rebuild from Leopard to Lion I have lost my licence key

Question

I've been using Aperture for years - started on version 1 - upgraded to version 2 etc..

I rebuilt my machine with Lion and now I can no longer open Aperture. It asks me for my licence key.

What can I do?

In order to get Aperture running on the new system you will need all the license keys if the version you have now was an upgrade.

See Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers for the procedure to have Apple re-issue you a serial number.
