HT204406 I have 95 music videos in my iTunes library but only 35 are downloading to my iPad (have over 30Gb of space free) the videos that won't download have a cloud with a line through them and say they're ineligible - can anyone suggest a fix / iTunes support n

I have 95 music videos in my library and approximately 56 of these are not downloading to my iPad despite there being ample memory 30 Gb + there is a cloud with a line going through it which says ineligible ? Despite these videos being purchased from iTunes.
I have tried iTunes support but they have not been able to solve the issue. When I turn iTunes Match off the cloud with line disappears from my library but the videos are still not downloading - I'm pretty certain this problem started when I dabbled with Imatch and iCloud.
