I cant see the none for that billing information?
i try to install free application at apps store..when i try to create new in the billing site I cant see the none type at the billing site?
explaint...?

Did you follow the instructions exactly e.g. selected a free app and clicked on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it ? It worked for me earlier today when I checked if it still worked.
