Apple TV on a 50mb VDSL Line - 37 Hours until movie is playable?

Hi,

Is anyone else struggling to download any video content to watch on an Apple TV?

Trailer start instantly, but ALL iTunes content keeps telling me that it'll need up to 50 hours until it's ready to stream.

Of course Apple's status page says the service is green and working perfectly, but having restarted the ATV (Vers. 3), and Aiport Extreme content still won't pull down to the ATV, nor to my MacbookAir or iPad.

There's no clear route to get support on this - so can anyone make any suggestions?
