Upload long video to youtube

I attempted to upload to Youtube a movie longer than 15 minutes. It told me there is a 15-minute limit. So I went to my Youtube account and enabled the no-limit setting. Back to imovie, upload to Youtube....same notification came up that the limit is 15 minutes. Why didn't the youtube account enable get recognized by imovie? Thank you. Running iMovie 11 in Mountain Lion.
