I have no sound coming from the left speaker vent. I have checked everything out with Audio MIDI Setup. I muted both channels individually and still had sound. Both channels sound like they are coming from the right side of my macbook. Is my left seaker broken?

Sound like normal operation,
"You may notice that when you move the Balance slider in the Sound preferences pane far to the left speaker that sound still comes from the right side of your MacBook Pro. This sound is generated by the subwoofer, but because of its placement, the audio from the subwoofer may seem to come from the right side speaker."

You can adjust
>Sysytem Preferences>Sound
and
Application/Utllities/Audio Midi Setup.app
If no change make a
