IPad 4 Screen Flickering Issue - Any Solutions?

Hi All,

I have purchased a 64 GB Wifi Ipad 4 few days ago with IOS 6.0. It was working fine until I upgraded it to IOS 6.1 where the screen flickering was very visible and started seeing a thick white/grey bar on the bottom of the screen. The bar is along the width on the upper side of the screen and it is annoying because it is visible when I try to watch a movie or play games.

There is no Apple Service Centre nearby for submitting the hardware for inspection and the shop said no hardware problem is expected since IOS 6 was doing OK.

Anyone else suffering from same?

Any solutions found?
