I just got my daugther's new ipod 5 today because it was recently crack. We're trying to restore the ipod after backing it up and her phtos arent downloading. only 32 photos out of over 700 photos downloaded and it stopped downloading after that.What do we do?? How do we continue the downloading??

If the old iPod is still functioning, connect it to your computer and import the photos as outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. Then go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of her old device, then under Backup Options turn Camera Roll to Off. Then create a new iCloud backup by tapping Back Up Now.
When the backup is complete, go to Settings>General>Reset on her new iPod and tap Erase All Content & Settings. Then go back through the setup screens again, and when given the option choose Restore from iCloud Backup, choose the backup you just made to restore to. This will restore that backup and apps, but not the camera roll photos. When this completes, put the photos you imported earler to your computer in a folder and sync them to her iPod by connecting it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of her iPod, select the folder containg the photos on the Photos tab of her iTunes sync settings, then click Apply at the bottom to sync.
