Error -1

Hello,

Such an iPhone 3Gs 16Gb with the latest iOS.

Yesterday morning when I switch ON the iPhone, I get the iOS 6 welcome screen and ask me to connect with iTunes.

I have done it, and after a restore (the only choice I get) it was working.

Today the same problem when I switch it ON but I get an Error -1 during the restore.

Error -1 seems that it's an hardware error, but yesterday the iPhone worked perfectcly.

Do you have a solution?

OR

I am looking for a solution to restore the phone as it was when I bought it and reinstall manually everything.

Any idea?
