Getting the photos from my stolen Ipad

My Ipad has been stolen last November, and just yesterday I got a new one. Through icloud, I wanted to reach the photos I took with my stolen Ipad but I failed.I downloaded the icloud. and It seems like my icloud storage is almost full, so that means my photos should be storaged in there. Any help would be appreciated.
