Old Apps & Music still appearing on this PC

Old Apps & Music still appearing on this PC

My partner used to use this PC and obviously had her itunes account installed here. She now has her own PC and we have actioned the de-authorisation of her on this PC through her iTunes account.

Unfortunately every time I try to sync my iphone or ipad on this pc, all of her apps and music etc are still showing up which is so annoying, is there any way I can delete all this stuff off ?

I would really like some help on this, as it is driving my crazy!!!!!!

Select it in iTunes, then right click Delete.

Thanks Chris, so basically I have to individually delete each App and each song? How about when I try to sync photos and it wants to pull all my partners photographs through. We have already deleted all those off the laptop and recycle bin?

You can select them all at once (at least the music) and delete them.

Select a different folder to sync photos from.
