Can I use an original composition of mine that has GarageBand loops (drum loops only) in documentaries and original videos? Is the only discrepancy that I cannot make money while using loops from GarageBand in any way?

Okay, cool. So I guess the only thing left is the legal ramifications of using it as original work of mine. I legally can use them in my original music and distribute them/make money with them no problem since I am a licensced user of GarageBand?
Yes. Even if the soundtrack consist only of one loop or jingle. You only can't re-sell them as loops.
