Any app that will check compatibility of programs with Mountain Lion

Is there any app that will scan my early 08 mac pro tower to determine which programs currently running under Snow Leopard will or will not run if I update to Mountain Lyon?

Mac OS X (10.6.8), 10 GB Ram

You can do it manually, here: http://roaringapps.com/apps:table

You can find all of your PowerPC apps by selecting the Applications option in the Software section of System Profiler. Select the kind header to sort by kind, then scroll down to the PowerPC section. You can't make any of those work on Lion or Mountain Lion. You'll have to update them or replace them.

Thanks for the info. I see that my categories of software are universal, power pc, intel, classic, and not listed. Is power pc the only kind of software that would not be compatible with Mountain lion? My primary HD is three TBs which I have partitioned into to two partitions. I wonder if I could load ML on the empty partition and see if it would run the programs on the SL partition.
