iMessage can't send photos?
I can send text message, but I can't send photos with same contact in the Mountain Lion.

Hi,
Can you confirm you are talking about the iMessages account and not an AIM or Jabber one ?
For instance there seems to be an issue sending files through the Google Talk service (Jabber server).
AIM File transfers change Port and Protocols and can be blocked by what ports are open in a router.

Hi,
I am sure is iMessage. Because I didn't have any AIM or Jabber account.
And in other side, I was replied this conversation in my iPhone, I can send a photo to my friend.
When you open a new message just drag the photo into the box.
HI,
It should say iMessage in the text entry field where you create new Mesasges.
It is this "box" that Sig is referring to about dragging the Pic to the Box.
If the Pic is not moving up into the Chat part of the window then go to the Window Menu and open the File Transfer window.
Does this say it is "waiting", "Failed" or other message ?
If it says Waiting open the Activity Monitor (Applications/Utilities)
Does this show an item called IMFileTrasferAgent ?
If so highlight and use the Quit Button and confirm a Force Quit.
The Pic may now get sent or you may have to try again.

Even I can't draw a photo to the iMessage conversion from my desktop.
So it hasn't any status to see what's going on.
Hi,
So click and drag does not work.
What about Send File in the Buddies Menu ?
