I live in Malaysia but i created US apple id to redeem itunes gift card but after i bought apps it started to be disabled and said "Your Apple id has been disabled" so should i call malaysia phone number to enable my US apple id?

Your id has been disabled because you violated the itunes store terms of service.
You may not get it back.
You cannot use the U.S. itunes store from outside of the U.S. This is a violation of the terms of service.
There is no telephone support for itunes. You contact them by clicking Support at the top of this page, then Contact Us
