A networking error has occurred: Cannot open file (-3001). Make sure you can connect to the Internet, then try again.

I want to update to itunes 10.6.3 but I am stymied.

it tells me "A networking error has occurred: Cannot open file (-3001). Make sure you can connect to the Internet, then try again."

but i am connected to intere=net. IS it because i need to update operating system? Plz help!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
