I've got the new iPad 4. I downloaded a couple of flashlight apps and they both say something about a hardware incompatability and won't turn on the camera LEDs, they only brighten and dim the screen.
Is this some issue that Apple has changed with the iPad 4, and/or is there a fix?
There is no Camera flash on any iPad so all they can do is use the screen to produce light.

Hmm. I never realized that. Camera is not much use on an iPad then huh? Glad I wasn't looking forward to camera use on it.
