I used this Patch

for my CP750 (with Driver for 780-790) and it woks fine! Just try it ...
I tried the above solution but had issues with printing from iPhoto. Also tried one which required downloading another program from the Apple Development site and that would freeze in the middle of printing. Spent all day trying to figure this out for my Selphy CP760. Thanks to kt3806st, my Selphy CP760 is now working perfectly in Mavericks:

I made only one change to the suggestion in the link which was I downloaded CP900 driver from Canon's website and installed that one instead of the CP800 driver. Just follow all of the steps from kt380st (it was like 3 steps that took no more than 5 mins). Once you reboot, choose the CP900 driver instead of the CP800. For some reason, the CP800 driver still gave me a few issues. Also, if you are anything like me, I have used so many printers so use the Canon CP900 driver and not all of the others that say Canon CP900 with various texts that pop up. The driver version is 6.3.0.2 once installed.
Thank you so much, I had given up on my Selphy CP760 ever printing from Mac, but thanks to you I now have it working and all I did was install the driver for the CP900, reboot and then printed from I photo. I'm thrilled to have my photo printer working again.
