Q: why wont my mac update

Hello i have a apple mac desk top computer it already has os x lion installed, however my app store says i have updates and when i try to update my iphoto, imovie and pages it says 'you have updates available for other accounts' yet i dont have another apple id? im puzzled please help

also when i make videos they are out of sync with the speech

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

First, see > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4236?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

If it doesn't work, you have those apps hidden. To unhide them, see > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928 Finally, go to Updates tab and update iPhoto, iMovie and Pages

When i go onto view my account it just brings up my bank details and nothing about hidden apps
