MacBook Pro 1,1 video to tv:

I have a "vintage" MPB 1,1 (Mac OS X-10.5.8) that I would like to connect to hdmi for video and audio play on my television(s). I realize that the easiest solution would be to buy one of the newer models, but this is such a great workhorse, I'd love to keep her. But, because of her age, Apple no longer provides support. Can anybody give advice as to the correct procedure and cable adapters to make this happen? Your help is very much appreciated.

For video you will need a cable such as this:

Haven't had a chance to respond--my apologies. Appreciate your assistance. I suspected that might be the simple solution, but had read some reviews on various cable hook-ups where things didn't seem to work out.

The direct links are clearly a big help--I will be making the purchase post haste.

Of course a new MBP remains a temptation--just a mere grand or two above the cost of the cables...

Thanks again
