I need help moving my music from my old iphone to my new one
I need help getting my music onto my new phone I backed up my old phone to itunes then I plugged in my phone and hit restore and its not on there

Is your music in your iTunes library? Note that music is not part of a backup. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4946
If you do not have your music in your iTunes library you can move the music from your old phone to your iTunes library using third-party PC/Mac applications like Senuti.
If the music is in your iTunes library make sure that you check the proper sync options in the iTunes Music tab before you sync.
