i can't access any movie or tv show on the apple tv
but i can access it on pc or other devices with internet access
please i need a help a solution

That's an issue on Netflix's server. I see it on occassion with other devices as well, although not often (most of the time on a Sony BlueRay). For a given mtitle, it typically resolves in a few minutes or an hour of so (but I have seen one TV episode where it never corrected). I've yet to see it on the Apple TV. Not sure what the root cause is.
