Q: My ringer stopped working. Any ideas?

My ringer just stopped working and I can't get it back. I've only had the phone for a few days now. Very upsetting..:(

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1

Is the silent switch on the side of the iphone on?

I had same problem. The ringer worked with headphones on. I went to settings, sounds, slid volume control for ringers and alerts down and then back up again and the ringer worked fine. Have no idea what the problem was, but this seems to have fixed it for now.
