How do I fix Siri, its stuck on voice control?

When I go to use Siri, its stuck on Voice Control. I have restored my device 3 times and updated to 6.1.1. The problem started on 6.1. I have tried the click the home key 3 times at a fast pace tip i found online and its still stuck on Voice Control. I have also gone tinto the Siri settings and nothing seems to work.

I am using an iPhone 4s on 6.1.1 (Sprint)

Can someone please help me fix Siri, I miss asking her random questions.
