How do I fix Siri, its stuck on voice control?

Are you sure it isn't VoiceOver? Does Siri announce the name of items when you tap on them?

Try a restart. Hold power and home until apple logo appears.

Also make sure you have Siri set to On in Settings>General>Restrictions, and in Settings>General>Siri.

Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. No data will be lost, but you may have to reconfigure other settings that you changed.

I know its voice control.

But if you go to settings,accesibility, voiceover off.

I'm having the exact same issues. None of the ideas given helped. I wish I'd never updated to 8 nothing but problems for me. Does anyone from apple EVER read these support pages and offer help? Doesn't seem like it.

You have have to go to Settings > General > Siri and turn her or him on

Same problem but this worked for me 🙂

First you need to switch on Siri and Dictation at Settigs -> General -> Restrictions -> Siri & Dictation (you might be asked for your code)

and now also turn Siri on at Settings -> General -> Siri. Now if you wanna set on ''Hey Siri'' service you'll be asked to do a voice control. 🙂

Yes, I have found there one of suggestions seems to work. Not always the first suggestion.
