backup single win7 folder with time machine using bootcamp

So I like my Mac for eveything but I still have to do work related things in the windows environment using bootcamp on my Macbook. How can I have Bootcamp backup one of the folders on my Windows partition? I hate WD smartware and I am looking for a brainless backup soloution. What are your thoughts?
