How do I delete an app or a game from my apple purchased category?

Please help me all I'm trying to do is delete all those free apps and games I no longer use to free up space .

I have already deleted them from my iPad desktop but they are still currently showing on my purchased window.

I want them permanently remove and not have to see them again. I was trying to rest my iPad but I can't remember

my Passcode unfortunate I called after hours and could not contact them apple customer service to reset my passcode.

I'm in serious need of resetting or deleting unneeded apps and games.
