message from cisco saying it blocked backup

i recived a text message saying that it was from cisco it

the message read

Cisco it blocked email calender and contacts updates on your device due to issue with apple devices visit smartphone.cisco.com on your laptop for info but the site doe not open

back up looks to be working ok but wondered if this was junk text or something or if my backup has been blocked
