error message "cyclic redundancy check"

Hello I'm experiencing an issue with my old computer. I'm trying to copy and paste my songs into a flash drive, so I can place it on my new Mac and an error pops up on certain songs "cyclic redundancy check." This only started happening when I updated my Itunes. Please help!!!
