That could be because the latest released iOS version is 6.1.

Your information bar shows you have the latest released version.

Actually, iOS 6.1.1 was released yesterday, as a bug fix for iPhone 4S only.

How have you checked? There are 2 ways:

1. On the phone, go to Settings/General and tap Software Update
2. In iTunes, connect the phone using a USB cable, click on the iPhone button in iTunes 11, then click the Update button.

That's why you don't see the update, & if you try to do so, your phone will be rendered unusable.

And as an additional point, since the iPhone is jailbroken Apple voids your warranty and will give you no support. We cannot give you any further support on these discussion groups either, doing so is a violation of the Terms of Use.

Do what? Look, you jailbroke your phone...Apple doesn't support jailbreaking & Apple also owns/runs this forum.

You're on your own, that's the price you pay when you jailbreak...you void all support from Apple.

There may be absolutely nothing you can do. However, you can try a DFU restore (Google it). That may resolve the problem, or may brick the phone.

The important thing to understand is you cannot get direct help for a jailbroken phone in an Apple forum. There are other places on the Internet you can go, however.
