The mute key is not working so I cannot mute the phone. But my phone is under apple warranty. What should I do?

    Do you mean the mute switch on the upper left side of the iPhone?  In Settings > Sounds do you have Vibrate settings turned on?

     

    If this is still under warranty it might be good to visit an Apple store genius bar and have the techs see if the switch is bad.
