getting misc. error codes 21, 1604, ,2002. uninstalled all my securirty software can't get past the update restore. the thing was working great until this update, pls help. ipod is not showing up on itunes or computer

i tried all that, the ipod was working fine until it updated and then it started this. could it be related?
