I have signed up for iCloud and the iTunes library is using all my memory on my iPhone. I thought iCloud was supposed to prevent that? What am I doing wrong? anyone?

iCloud is a syncing service that allows you to backup your iPhone/sync you contacts.
iCloud will not give your phone more space. You need to take some of the music off your device.
