The internet is working but can't receive or view mail.
I have restarted and reconnected wires no luck.
I have check the mail Setting in preferences.
Don't know what else to do .
Who is your eMail provider, the part after the @ sign?
In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the message?
Then click the Show Details button & Check again.
