How do I install MS Publisher 2013 for Windows on my IMac?

Can I install MS Publisher 2013 (stand alone copy) by going into Garage Band? Any special installation instructions? I was all set to install the new 360 for MAC just to get Publisher when I discovered that the idiots still don't recognize us Mac users! GRRRR!
