cannot receive exchange mail using cellular data on second account
Hi,
I have 2 exchange/activesync accounts, one is through google apps (personal) and the other is for work. The personal email can receive email whether it be while connected to WiFi or LTE (data), but the work one can ONLY receive email when connected to Wifi. I have asked around at work, to see if this a policy, but others can receive/send using their phones data while I cannot, I simply see connecting until I connect to a Wifi network, then I receive the mail.
My phone is iphone 5 iOS 6.1 32GB model
Any ideas as to why one account works with LTE but not the other?
