How can i activate SIRI on my ipad with retina display?

I just bought my Ipad with retina display wifi cellular. According to specs SIRI is available but I cannot find it. Can someone please tell me how to activate SIRI?

iPad, iOS 6.1

Use Settings > General > Siri. Turn Siri ON and set the parameters you want language, Voice Feedback, etc.

Settings->General->Siri Make sure its turned on.

Then press and hold down the home button to bring up Siri.

Found siri!,, thnx guys. .... Siri working fine... Will check /monitor if it will have some bugs like what others are complaining...

What if Siri is not under General? Can't find Siri! I'm on an iPad running iOS8.1.3.

What model of iPad is it?

A second Generation iPad while it can run iOS 8, it does not support Siri, so it will not be there.
