what about music software?

I download Logic Pro 9 not to long ago. however it as if I never download it cause it gave me a meassage that my card has been declined. I have more then the dersired amount for Logic. Also on my online bank statement it said the purchase has been made, and I'm short 215 in my account please help. Thank you
